The intention behind this project was to develop a type of house, designed with a basic multi-programmatic structure, that could be replicated several times, and which in a state of unfinished construction could be acquired in a relatively less expensive way. The construction must allow the different owners, in a relatively easy way, to carry out the completion of the project, as well as future modifications and extensions.

In a social context where to some degree limited financial possibilities make it more difficult for people to acquire quality housing, it is customary to visualize your own home as a project that develops through time, adapting itself according to changes and unforeseen events that will occur in a lifetime.

This projects design leaves the possibilities open in a way that the same basic building construction permits the further development of several variations, from a one-family house and two-family houses to three and six apartments, besides all the many combinations that these possibilities allow.
